Unpleasant experience and bad management

My stay was disappointing due to the unprofessional management and unsafe neighborhood. After arriving, I was asked to move my car multiple times and ultimately denied access to my room without a clear reason. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as it seems there are much better options nearby.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free Wi-Fi that made it easy to stay connected while being just 300 meters from the Expo/Western station for easy transportation options.

Management's approach was incredibly disheartening. After a football game, I was told to re-park multiple times, only to face refusal of service without any explanation. It felt arbitrary and unprofessional. Nearby, there are many other options with better management and quality accommodations, making this one easy to skip.

The neighborhood felt incredibly unsafe, making my stomach twist. The room was small and cluttered, with some of the bathroom fixtures awkwardly placed inside the room itself. Plus, I found the bath tub to be less than clean, which wasn’t exactly inviting. There was no fridge or microwave, which I personally prefer for convenience, and the air conditioning barely made a dent in the heat. Honestly, spending this much for such a lack of amenities felt like a bit of a rip-off.

So after a long day at the game, we pulled up only to have the manager tell us to leave for no reason. It was super frustrating since we didn't do anything wrong. The room looked fine and the dining area was okay too. Just shady management vibes here.

I loved how cozy the pool area was and the warm cookies they had waiting for us in the lobby! Relaxing by the heated pool and enjoying the outdoor lounge made our stay even better. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but we still had a fantastic time! 😊

Positive, I stayed for two nights in a King Room. The amenities were clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Service was prompt and friendly. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. 👍

It was just a strong match for getting around area in Los Angeles with real value for money. The bathroom was clean, which was a pleasant surprise considering the overall condition. Don't expect much, just keep your expectations low.

During my stay at Golden West Manor Motel, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist me, making it easier for me to navigate my needs as a senior traveler.

More accessible amenities for seniors would be helpful.
